Labour Day is celebrated each year on 1^st May to celebrate the achievements of workers who make to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our country.

Each year, we, at Suncity celebrate Labour Day to honour our labours and to teach dignity of labour to our students. The day started with the morning assembly which was not only dedicated to the theme but also saw the participation of conductors, drivers and the other helpers. Like every year, this year also, the newly elected student council members whole heartedly served lunch to the drivers, conductors and class four employees in the school refectory. The students made ‘Thank You’ cards for them. Each one was given a card.

The students were seen with great exuberance, love and respect for them. This is yet another occasion to instill sanskaars and values to our children.
