Dr. Vikas Vijay, the ‘Accounts Guru’ and India’s leading CBSE Commerce students and teachers trainer, held a session for Commerce students of grade 12 of Suncity School to advise them about the upcoming board exams and to strategize in order to achieve a great result. He shared various tips for the students from past experiences and went through the paper pattern in great detail.

He inspired the students to focus, believe in themselves and study to the best of their abilities in this last month of board preparation. His extroverted and humorous nature along with personal anecdotes made the session very engaging and the students appreciated it.

His approach towards altering our mindset and believing in our potential to become the best version of ourselves sparked the need to look within ourselves and get past the barriers that are holding us back. Not only were his methods fascinating but also entertaining as there wasn't a moment during the session where the eyes were not on him. He kept the students as well as the teachers engaged through various games and pop culture references like an accountancy spin-off on “Kaun Banega Crorepati”, using moments in cricket to elaborate on goal setting and scenes from motivational movies like “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag” to further support what he was teaching. All in all, it was a phenomenal seminar from start to finish, one where all felt included and walked out with the mindset of a topper. One of his opening lines that this would be a session we would remember for a very long time, and by the end of it everyone agreed.
