To enhance the creativity, expression and fine motor skills of the children, the Elementary Years Programme organized a Visual-Spatial Event, ‘Dip-Dab-Drizzle’ for the students of Pre-nursery. The Intra and Inter-Class event was held on Wednesday, 27th July 2022.
The participants were given an outlined sketch of a tree and a peacock on an A3 sheet. They used different techniques like ear bud printing, sponge dabbing, finger printing and cotton dabbing, using a peg, to create the Indian flag on the feathers of the peacock. They also pasted the body of the peacock and ‘Ashoka Chakra’ using double-sided tape. They created a beautiful piece of art depicting their love for the nation keeping in mind the theme of the year ‘????????????‘.
