Naturalistic Event- Rumble in the Jungle

To enhance the logical, creative, naturalistic and visual-spatial skills of the children, the Elementary Years Programme organized an Inter-Class Naturalistic Event, ‘Rumble in the Jungle’, for the students of Kindergarten. The event was held on Wednesday, 27th July 2022.

Keeping the theme of the year ‘????????????‘ in mind, the participants created a 2D habitat for an endangered animal. The children used natural materials such as twigs, corn-cob peel, dried flowers, dry leaves, pebbles, stones, ice-cream sticks, wool, cotton and pencil shavings. They made animals with the paper folding technique. They assembled and pasted the material using fevicol, glue stick, double-sided tape and glue drops, to create the habitat.

All the children presented a beautiful piece of artwork. They all were given tokens of appreciation.
