Inter School Chess Tournament held at KR Mangalam World School, Faridabad on 23rd July

Students of Suncity School, Sector 54, participated in an Inter school chess competition organised by K.R. Mangalam World School, Faridabad on Saturday, 23 July, 2022 and brought numerous laurels to the school. 5 students from Suncity School participated in this championship, Arz Bhatia (7G), Dhruv Singh Bisht (6C), Ekam Singh (7G), Harshit Ratnani (8E) and Aditya Behera (5H).
Ekam Singh of class 7G, won the runners up medal and won a trophy for the same. Harshit Ratnani and Arz Bhatia finished in the top 10 and won medals for the same. The expertise that students have developed in chess at such a young and tender age is commendable and inspiring for all. Returning to in-person chess tournaments was also an impeccable experience for our students. All the students not only thoroughly enjoyed the competition, but are also taking home lifelong learnings from it.
We wish them the best of luck for all their future endeavours! We are sure that they will continue to make us proud.
