On 2^nd May 2022, all the Student Council Members of Suncity School gathered in the refectory to serve food to the workers of our school as a token of appreciation for their hardwork and determination.

Initially about 25 Council Members reached the refectory to set up the food station and make preparations to hand out cards.

At 10:45 AM our Didis, Bhaiyas, Peons and Guard Bhiayas had sat down for food. Director Ma'am joined us shortly after.

Initially the senior council members prepared a plate for each of the workers while the junior council served water.

Director Ma’am sat down to eat alongside the labourers while council members assisted with the service of food.

Once lunch was over and the labourers started to leave, junior council members distributed labour’s day cards made by students to each worker as a gift and a token of our gratitude.

After the labourers had left, all council members helped pick up the plates and clean the refectory.
