Recently, the Haryana District Level Swimming Championship was held, and swimming enthusiast and celeritous swimmer from Suncity School Daksh Gandhi of 6-F, made us proud by winning silver in 50 m freestyle swim race, bronze medals in the 100m freestyle and 50 m backstroke race respectively. With adept training and encouragement from the teachers and school, he displayed an exemplary performance at the championship. The championship was the culmination of a long journey of training, and this has paid off. He will be representing Gurugram in the Haryana State competition in the 50 m freestyle swim race. We wish him the best of luck for the upcoming championship and hope that his achievement inspires many more students to discover the joys of swimming.
