Virtual Inter School Chess Tournamnet
Our very own chess masters participated in the virtual chess championship ‘Shatranj’ organized by the Ridge Valley School on 22nd October’21. The total number of students who participated in the tournament from all over India were 113. Eleven players of our school showcased their strategic and creative thinking, calmness under pressure, and patience while playing this mind game. Under each of the categories (Under 9, Under 12, and Under15) our students have seen an increase in their ranks, showing that hard work and practice can lead to miracles. The students proved that errors made would not get them down and they mostly made calculated moves to have control over the game.
We wish success to all the participants in their future endeavors.
