Three students of our school (grades 9 & 10) attended a Talk Fest about Mental Health, organized by Max Mueller Bhavan in the last week of May.

Anvi Tuteja of grade 9 C, Vinayak Gupta and Aayushi Sachdeva of grade 10 E attended the workshop. German learners of grades 9 & 10 from Delhi NCR were invited to attend the talk show with a child psychologist. Every school could nominate 3 students. The talk show focused on helping students reflect on their online learning journey and how they adapted to the new environment.

This was followed by an invitation to attend an Animation Workshop with Mr. Gaurav Juyal. Out of 140 applicants, 14 students have been selected to participate in the workshop. Students have been selected on the basis of their active participation and sample work shared by them. The samples shared were from the field of writing, drawing or animation.

Anvi Tuteja from 9C is one of the students who has been selected to participate in this 5 day workshop, which is currently in progress.

About the Animation Workshop and the facilitator:

Max Mueller Bhavan has tied up with Mr. Gaurav Juyal, a renowned Designer and Educator. He is a TedX Speaker and is popularly known for his role as the host of the television series "Art Attack" by Walt Disney. The topic of the Workshop is "How big is my balloon", with the balloon referring to the Stress faced by individuals in the current times. The group of selected students is working on creating a Stop Motion Animation film, which will then be published across various social media platforms by Max Mueller Bhavan.
