A webinar was hosted by The DAIS in Association with Lawngitude – Solicitors & Advocates on the theme-Cultural Diversity. The attendees were students from Grade X, Maisha Rao, Hardik Ratnani, Ayushi Kaushal, Kushagra Gupta, Kaavya Shukla and Kanishka Ambawata
Cultural Diversity is something that helps to experience something that one hasn’t experienced before, because traditions and ideas vary culture to culture. There is diversity among groups, based on age, gender, income, and cultures. It is not something that can be built, but is passed on by one’s roots, it builds character, and ability to focus on the similarities rather than the differences.
The quote “Diversity is being invited to dance party, inclusion is being allowed to dance.” summed up the essence of the webinar.
