SDG 3 Good Health and Well Being

Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health & Well Being), a session by the nutritionist, Ms. Shradha Khandelwal, was conducted for the parents of EYP through a pre-recorded video. It was followed by the teacher reiterating the benefits and importance of a healthy and balanced diet. The children were shown some food items and were asked to differentiate between healthy and junk food. The teachers also asked the little ones to share the impact of consuming large amount of junk food, on their body. She also talked about the importance of physical exercises and encouraged the children to spend at least one hour everyday playing any sport or doing exercises/yoga for a healthy body and mind.
