Parent walk-in -Grade IX
The students of grade IX organised their first Virtual Parents’ walk-in on 12 February 2021, wherein the parents took a walk through the virtual classroom of their children. The walk-in was based on the theme ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: One world one family’. The event commenced by invoking god’s blessings with an invocation dance, following which the students presented their integrated learning in various subjects through panel discussions, rap songs, talk shows, role-play and practical demonstration of the scientific concepts learned. A live quiz was also conducted, by the students, on the online platform joinmyquiz.com and the parents’ wholehearted participation was quite encouraging for them. At the end of the event the parents were requested to give their feedback; the response to which was quite overwhelming. Most of the parents were of the opinion that co-scholastic activities and visual presentations enhance the learning process of the students and were quite pleased with their learning and presentation skills. The walk-in culminated with the National anthem.
