Report of Inter School Yoga Competition ‘Yogshala-Back to the Roots’ organised by Summer Fields School, Gurugram on 30^th January’21

The Suncity School Yogis showcased their flexibility, strength, endurance and balance of body and mind in the Inter School Yoga competition’ Yogshala-Back to the Roots’ organised by Summer Fields School, Gurugram on 30^th January’21. Our champions participated in all the three categories (U-11, U-13 and U-15). Exquisite yoga postures were a hallmark of all participants and their effortless and seamless movement from one pose to another. The performance was assessed based on the degree of flexibility, balance & calmness maintained during the retention of the final position and technique of getting in and releasing from the pose.
