Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET Examination
Suncity School, Sector-54 was appointed as one of the venues for conduct of CTET examination. The venue was prepared as per details provided below:

The preparation for the CTET examination has been going on since last one week.
The venue [our School] had to be set according to the CBSE guidelines specially shared for the conduct of the examination.
The seating arrangement, seating plan, display of important information and final sanitization of the school was completed by 30th January, 2021 afternoon.
Exam Paper Boxes were received by Center Superintendent and brought to the Center at 7 am in the morning of the examination that was 31st January, 2021.
All invigilators reported at venue at 7am.
Invigilators were briefed about their duties once again by the core team. They moved to allotted classrooms at 7.30 am.
Candidates started entering at 7.30 am. Separate frisking of male and female candidates was done.
The Paper I Boxes were opened in front of Observer and 2 invigilators as per CBSE requirement at 8.45am and thereafter distributed to all exam rooms.
Paper I writing commenced at 9.30 am.
After Completion of examination the OMR sheets were collected at 12.00 and submitted in the Control Room in presence of Observer and Center Superintendent.
All paper I material was packed in the respective bags.
The Paper 2 Boxes were opened in front of Observer and two invigilators as per CBSE requirement at 1.45 pm and thereafter distributed to all exam rooms.
Paper II started at 2 pm.
After Completion of examination, the OMR sheets were collected at 4.30pm and submitted in the Control Room in presence of Observer and Center Superintendent.
All paper II material was packed in respective bags.
There were no unfair means cases. The conduct of the examination for Paper I and paper II went smoothly.
The final packing of the material ended at 6:00 pm and the Centre Superintendent along with the CBSE observer submitted the final boxes at main Centre.
