Spardha, The Virtual Inter School Competition organised By Apeejay School, Saket On 12^th December’20

Competitions provide a great platform for students to display their knowledge and skills they have learned over the years. These opportunities can prove to be a great source of self-evaluation for students and help nurture their experience and skills further. It’s always more than just winning a prize or a position.

Our suncitizens and budding sport stars participated in ‘Spardha’, The Virtual Inter School competition in which 52 schools took part. Our students participated in Yoga, Kata, Pushups and Squat challenges -Purva Bang of grade V D participated in Yoga, Angad Batra of grade VIII A in Kata, Sanjana Verma of grade VII A in Skipping Challenge, Mahir Varma of grade VI in Squat, Lakshay Ambavat of grade IX participated in Pushup challenge. Yoga and Kata were judged based on the videos and rest of the challenges were performed live. The inaugural ceremony was held on 11^th December’20. Our students demonstrated their skills in their respective challenges. Their participation reinforced the fact that our sport stars understand the importance of mental and physical fitness during pandemic times. These competitions keep their sports spirit alive and they feel highly motivated by partaking in these tournaments.
