Virtual Teacher’s Day Celebrations At Suncity School

Teacher’s Day was celebrated virtually at Suncity School on 4^th September 2020. Even in the face of such adversity as the pandemic that we are all surrounded with, the students of Suncity School did not cease the opportunity to thank their teachers for all their love and support, as well as everything they have done and are doing for their growth and benefit. The live event that was organized on Microsoft Teams platform successfully.

The hosts of the show were the Senior Head girl, Ishika Agarwal and Senior Head boy, Anish Singhal. The event started with a warm introductory speech by the General Secretary, Kinshuk Yadav and a short video of students of grade 6, holding placards, wishing the teachers, ‘HAPPY TEACHER’S DAY’.

The junior council including, the Junior Head boy, Head girl, Sanskar Samridhh and Sports Captains, wished all the teachers through a heartfelt poem.  

Then 3 different hilarious skits based on the firsthand experience during virtual classes was shown. These three skits were prepared entirely by the 11^th grade.

It was followed by beautiful songs, dances, and gymnastic performances by students from grade 5 to 11.

The event ended with an affectionate speech by the General Secretary, Paridhi Gupta and a vote of thanks to the Director, Principal and all the teachers.
