Career Counselling

The Career Counselling Cell of the school organised an alumni interaction with students of grade XII on 6^th September, Sunday from 19:00-20:00 hrs. This was done keeping in mind the application season which has commenced. The speakers at the session were:

1. Aaditya Goswami, Batch of 2017, University of Glasgow, Year 4 Joint honours in 1) Music, and 2) Digital Media and Information Studies

2. Ritvik Agarwal- Batch of 2017, University of California Los Angeles- School of Material Sciences and Engineering

3. Joshua Sabherwal- Batch of 2018- University of Michigan, Data Science Major

4. Mahak Kathpalia- Batch of 2020, University of Wisconsin at Madison, School of Arts and Sciences.

The session had the speakers talking about the application process and its challenges, writing effective Statement of Purposes/Essays and Challenges of Freshman year. 

The speakers provided insights and strategies to better navigate the entire process of applying to USA and UK. It proved to be a very informative session for all participants.

The Career Counselling Cell of the school intends to conduct more such interactions focussing on Canada, Australia and Indian Universities (beyond DU).
