Beautiful Young People are Acts of Nature, but Beautiful Old People are Works of Art!

Let us never know what old age is. Let us know the happiness time brings, not count the years.

Students of Suncity School celebrated The Elders Day on 1^st October’19 with love, care and compassion towards the old people who form the pillars of our society. They not only shape the families, but also show us the right path of life.

On the occasion of World Elderly Day, the school invited the elderly people from the Earth Savior Foundation on 4^th Oct’19. The guests from the old age home witnessed the school assembly and were then served breakfast in the refectory by the students of grade 10. The students also gave Thank You Cards to them as a token of gratitude.

The activity was a part of an English chapter of grade 10, ‘The Dear Departed.’ Students got a chance to interact with the elderly and enjoyed the experiences shared by the guests. The activity was planned to help the students inculcate the values of respect and compassion towards old people and making them realize that the old people need our care and presence to feel happy and loved.
