Report on workshop (12.09.2019)

The workshop was conducted at the British Council, Kasturba Marg, New Delhi. The topic of the workshop was “Time Management and Stress Control”. The scheduled time to start the workshop was 9 am but it started at 9 : 45 am. The main idea of the workshop was to enlighten the candidates about planning the time at micro and macro levels. It also focussed on “how to target at the important tasks using time boxing”.

The “stress control” section was not discussed due to the shortage of time and the trainer decided to conduct Part II of the workshop and will inform the school authorities about the same.
