The Yoga workshop by Mr. Amit Sharma took place on Friday, May 24, 2024. Mr. Sharma, a Management Graduate and IT Professional with 25 years of corporate experience. He guided us on the benefits of yoga, including reducing stress levels and improving overall well-being.
