The ‘Thought for the Day’ was an amalgamation of inspiring songs from the yesteryears and was interspersed with fervent enactment and dance. The news segment had students in splits as the newsreaders rattled off mischievous tales related to their endearing students. Next was the ‘Garba’ dance performance that had bedecked educators dressed in traditional finery, matching beats of the dandiya.

‘La Fusion’ had the teachers setting the stage ablaze with a potpourri of dance moves, the students literally drove themselves hoarse with encouragement and approval. The musicians presented a symphony of western musical instruments and vocals, including a rap song! The theatre artists explored a humorous presentation of ‘Nritya Ka Jaadu’ that showcased all shades of a student’s life. ‘Que-Vive’ was a quiz show with a creative twist wherein the students’ alertness and knowledge of school premises and Suncitizens was tested. The highlight of the event was ‘Le Chant’ wherein the educators sang popular numbers as a melodious choir. The spectacular surprise that caught the students off guard was to see their beloved Director, Mrs. Rupa Chakravarty, dabbling with the drums and acing it with finesse and matching the song tunes. This was followed by thumping beats of dances with the Director, joining in the other dancers with the rhythmic beats. ‘De Moda’ a fashion show, had the Suncity Fashonistas promoting Indian culture through ethnic attires and fabrics. A mini dramatic presentation on Sustainable Development Goals also added charm to the show.
