The Diwali stall organized by our school to promote awareness about our International Program was an endeavor that brought together student volunteers, parents, and the local community. The event showcased various activities and products to engage and inform attendees about our school's international programmes.

The day started with installation and decor work of the stall as soon as we reached our venue. Students and staff got together to make sure our stall had all equipment such as tables, chairs, electricity backup which helped us display about our curriculum and also fun activities done by our students. We decorated the stall and displayed paintings, jams and pickles all which were hand made by the students. We also allowed our visitors to taste the jams and pickle before buying. During the initial hours of the event, the footfall was relatively low. However, as the day progressed, there was a noticeable increase in attendance, particularly from 5 to 5:30 PM.

 The dart-throwing game was a success which attracted the younger crowd. On the other hand, the response to the sale of jams and pickles was relatively lukewarm where we sold only 16 jars. However no paintings were sold.

The hard work and dedication of our student volunteers was commendable. Their commitment and enthusiasm in organizing and running the stall was praiseworthy. Their efforts in creating the homemade products and managing the event activities were truly appreciated. We received a positive feedback from parents who visited the stall and commented on the student driven activities. We generated INR 8770 in all.

Plan Ahead:
To further enhance engagement and interest in the upcoming stall on the 5th of November in Belaire, a new game will be introduced. This time, jams will be offered as the first prize, while chocolates will be provided as consolation prize. This strategy aims to generate higher revenue for the stall.
