TERI’s  is an  institute in Gurgaon working towards Self Sustainable Campus.

It’s a Research institute with special focus on activities within the campus like: Climate Change environmental issues, Sustainable Agriculture, Plant tissue culture labs, rain harvesting, herbal garden, water and waste management Rural Electrification, Renewable Energy Solar Power and Natural Resources, vermi composting with leaf plantation many R&D activities.
TERI has been doing research in the areas of energy, environment, and climate change issues. It has dedicated itself to the task of creating an informed group of students who will become the leaders of tomorrow and for whom environmental and sustainability issues will become a part of their daily lives.

Students of grade XII and XI had a firsthand experience of the given activities and also toured various labs and herbal gardens.
  
TERI's Lush Green Campus.  TERI Campus is a beautifully designed, green forested area with some cutting-edge research activities and facilities as well as Self Sustainable Green RETREAT close to Mother Nature habitat.
This RETREAT training complex uses no power from the Grid and is a unique model of Solar Energy, Waste and Water resource- use efficiency producing no waste, with all the waste water and sewage being treated organically by the plants roots techniques specially chosen for the purpose, Heating and cooling with HEAT tunnels technology, tour to Herbal / Medicinal Garden and Vermi Composting unit. 

It was a well-planned educational trip for biology students, with focus on future scientific technologies related to agronomy, climate change and pharmacology.
